What it is
When you connect Klaviyo or Mailchimp, Depositly sends your deposit customers and balance events to it automatically. You can use them to build flows, like a thank-you email after the balance is paid.
Integrations are part of the Pro plan.
Where to find it
Depositly → Settings → Integrations
How to connect
Go to Settings and scroll to Integrations.
Click Connect next to Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
Paste your API key from your Klaviyo or Mailchimp account.
Click Test connection to check it works.
For Klaviyo, choose the list to add customers to, and the channels to use (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push).
Optional: click Bulk sync to send all your existing deposit customers.
Good to know
Your API key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Recent syncs shows each sync and whether it worked.
To stop syncing, turn off Active, or click Disconnect.
