What it is
Shopify Segments: create a Shopify customer segment of everyone who bought with a deposit. Use it for marketing or reports.
Shopify Flow: Depositly sends Flow triggers when a balance is due, collected or failed. You can build automations in the Flow app, like tagging an order or alerting your team. You can also use Flow to add products to a deposit or split payment offer.
Neither needs an API key.
Where to find it
Depositly → Settings → Integrations
Create a segment
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Enable on Shopify Segments.
Enter a Segment name, for example "Deposit customers".
Click Create segment.
Use Shopify Flow
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Enable on Shopify Flow.
Set the Daily trigger time. This is when Depositly checks due balances and fires the triggers each day.
Open the Shopify Flow app and create a workflow with a Depositly trigger.
Assign products with Flow
In your offer, go to Where it applies.
Under Assign to, choose Shopify Flow.
Build a Flow workflow that adds products to the offer.
