The Emails page lists every email the app sends, like balance reminders, payment failed notices and split payment invoices. You can:
turn each email on or off,
rewrite its subject and text,
brand all emails with your logo, colors and button style, and
send them in your store's language.
Editing email copy, design and language is part of the Pro plan. Free stores send the standard emails in English.
Where to find it
Depositly → Emails
The page has two tabs: Emails (wording) and Design (look).
Change an email's wording
Go to Emails and pick an email from the list.
Edit the subject and the text fields, like the title, button and closing line.
Use the placeholders to add real values, like the order number or payment link.
Save.
Leave a field empty to use our wording, which is translated into your store language.
Change the design
Go to Emails → Design.
Choose All emails, or one email to give it its own design.
Add your logo URL and set the colors, text size and button style.
Drag the email blocks to reorder them, switch blocks off, or add your own text block.
Save.
Good to know
Some emails need the payment link. The editor warns you if you remove it.
The split payment invoice itself is sent by Shopify. Its layout is edited in Shopify admin → Settings → Notifications → Draft order invoice.
Emails are set per email type, not per customer. For a one-off note to one buyer, send it from the order in Shopify.
