When this is on, deposit orders stay On hold in Shopify until the balance is paid. The hold lifts by itself when the money arrives. You can also release it early.
Where to find it
Depositly → Purchase options → your offer → Offer terms → Fulfilment → Hold fulfilment until the balance is collected
How to set it up
Open your offer and go to Offer terms.
Under Fulfilment, turn on Hold fulfilment until the balance is collected.
If Shopify asks, click Grant permission. The app needs it to place and release holds.
Click Save.
Release a hold early
In Orders & balances, find the order and release the hold from the row. Staff can then fulfil it before the balance is paid.
Good to know
The hold isn't available when the balance is due On fulfillment, because Shopify charges that balance at fulfilment.
