Free includes deposit offers, 1 split payment offer, automatic balance collection, reminders, analytics, translations and the customer portal.
Pro adds unlimited split payment offers, custom email copy and branding, marketing integrations and priority support.
Usage is counted in US dollars. If you sell in another currency, the amount is converted when the order comes in.

How to upgrade
Go to Billing.
Under Available plans, click Upgrade on Pro.
Approve the charge in Shopify.
The 14-day trial is once per store. You're not charged until it ends.
What happens when a Free store goes over $1,000
You get an email and a banner in the app.
After a short grace period, your deposit and split payment offers are hidden on your storefront.
Balances already owed are still collected, and reminders and the customer portal keep working.
When you upgrade, your offers come back right away.
Good to know
If you were on a paid plan before the new pricing, you keep your original terms as long as you stay on that plan.
You can downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page.
