The deposit widget isn't showing on my store. What should I check?
Check these in order:
The Depositly app embed is on in your live theme. If you're building a new theme, turn it on there too. See Turn on the app embed.
The offer is Active, not Draft or Scheduled.
The offer covers the product. If the list says Covers nothing, another offer may already claim those products, or the tag or collection is empty.
The product matches the display rule. For example, "Out of stock only" hides the widget on items in stock.
For cart offers, a covered product is in the cart.
If the offer shows Sync failed, click Retry sync.

Can I show the deposit only in the cart, and not on product pages?
Yes. Switch Purchase options to Cart page and create a cart offer. The deposit choice then shows in the cart and cart drawer, above the Checkout button. You can limit it to selected products. See Show deposits on product pages or the cart page.
Can the deposit option show on the checkout page?
No. Shopify needs the deposit to be chosen before checkout, so no app can add it inside checkout. The cart page is the closest place.
Can I run several cart offers at the same time?
Not yet. Only one cart offer can be live at a time. You can:
schedule cart offers to run one after another with end and start dates, or
use product page offers and set Customize → Placement to Link below the button (opens a popup), so the product page stays clean.
Can I keep the product page clean and only show a small link?
Yes. In your offer, go to Customize → Placement and choose Link below the button (opens a popup). Under Link position, pick Under all buy buttons to place it below the Buy it now button.
Can I hide the "Pay in full" option?
Yes. Open your offer, go to Offer terms → Payment options, and turn off Allow pay in full in the Full payment card.
Does the deposit include add-ons from apps like Globo or Easify?
Yes, in draft-order mode. Switch your offer to draft-order mode, then turn on Settings → Storefront → Let the theme add to cart first. The deposit is then worked out from the final cart, including add-ons.
Does it work with other currencies and markets?
Yes. Buyers see and pay the deposit in their market's currency.
Can I apply a deposit to my whole store at once?
Yes. In your offer, go to Where it applies → Assign to and choose Whole store. You can also use a collection or a product tag, so you don't have to pick products one by one.
Can I test the checkout before going live?
Yes. In Shopify admin, turn on test mode for Shopify Payments and pay with the test card 4242 4242 4242 4242. Turn test mode off when you're done, because it applies to your whole store. You can also place a small real order with your own card and refund it.
