Can the Split Payment button show on the product page?
No. Split payments work on the whole cart, so the button shows next to Checkout in the cart and cart drawer. For a choice on the product page, use a deposit offer.
Can I send the second invoice later instead of right away?
Yes. Go to Settings → Notifications → Installment invoices and choose Email each invoice when it's next due. For split orders you create yourself, create the order with the first payment, then use Add payment when you're ready. See Send invoices later.
Does changing a payment's due date resend the invoice?
No. The payment link stays the same. Only the reminder moves.
How do I remove the floating icon from my store?
That's the split payment floating badge. Open your split payment offer, click Customize → Floating badge and turn off Show the floating badge. Do this on every split payment offer.
Can customers set up split payments with installments without Shopify Plus?
Yes. Split payment installments are paid by invoice, so they don't need Shopify Plus or a saved card.
How many split payment offers can I have?
One on the Free plan. Unlimited on Pro.
