When a buyer pays the balance in cash, by bank transfer or at your till, mark it as collected. The balance closes, and no reminder or charge is sent.
Where to find it
Depositly → Orders & balances → Deposits → Mark as collected on the order
For split orders: open the split order and click Mark as paid on the payment.
How to use it
Go to Orders & balances.
Find the order.
Click Mark as collected.
Good to know
In draft-order mode, you can take payment on the balance draft order in Shopify, for example in Shopify POS → Drafts, or mark the draft as paid. The balance closes by itself. Only use Mark as collected if the money was taken outside Shopify.
You can also mark the order as paid in Shopify.
