Orders & balances lists every order placed through Depositly, with the amount still owed and when it's due. It has two tabs:
Deposits: orders placed with a deposit offer.
Split orders: orders paid through split payments, including the ones you created yourself.
Where to find it
Depositly → Orders & balances
What you see on the Deposits tab
Each row shows the order, customer, outstanding amount, due date, status and pickup date (if the buyer chose one). Labels tell you more:
Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
Manual | You collect this balance yourself. The card is never charged. |
Invoice | Draft-order mode. The balance is paid through its own invoice. |
On hold | Fulfilment is on hold until the balance is paid. |
Stop requested | The buyer asked to stop the order from their account. |
Auto retry | A charge failed and will be retried on the date shown. |
Action required | All retries failed. You need to act. |
Statuses: Pending, Due, Collecting, Collected, Failed, Paused and Cancelled.

Good to know
Only orders placed through a Depositly offer, or split orders created in the app, show here. Orders from before you installed the app, POS orders marked as unpaid, and draft orders made in Shopify's own "Create order" screen don't appear.
