Split order contents

  • Real cart items + discount (recommended): each invoice lists the full products with a "SPLIT PAYMENT" discount, so the total equals that part. Buyers see what they're buying. Each paid part creates an order with the products, so stock is taken off once per part.

  • Single custom line (legacy): each invoice has one line for the payment amount, with no products. No stock is taken off by the split orders, so adjust stock yourself.

Notifications section

Choose which emails are sent: an invoice when a share is created, a notice when someone pays, a notice when all shares are paid, reminders before an invoice expires, and more. This is also where you set Installment invoices and New split orders accept contributions.

How to change a setting

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Change the setting.

  3. Click Save.

Good to know

Changes to split order contents only apply to split orders created after you save.
